Job summary

U-Haul is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our trusted service, helping customers with rentals, equipment checks, and guidance on products and services. You will use U-Scan tech to manage inventories and assist customers both inside and outside the center.

Role includes hands-on training, potential certification for propane and forklift, with pay and benefits per company policy. Candidates must be legally eligible to work and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operations may require certification.
