Tim Ho Wan Waikiki is seeking a friendly server to deliver excellent dining experiences in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve dishes, and maintain a clean, organized dining area while upholding standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe cash control procedures and print out reports in POS.
• Ensure all customer orders and requests are completed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Serve food to guests accurately and promptly, with necessary condiments.
• Present and describe food to guests and warn about hot plates or spills.
• Proactively attend to guest needs and maintain a clean service area.
• Restock supplies at side stations and refresh food/beverages per standards.
• Ensure service stations are fully equipped for service.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet prescribed standards.
• Practice 3 Cs: Communication, Coordination and Cooperation with the service team.
• Clean and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Ensure the floor is clean, dry and safe.
