Responsibilities

• Greeting tables and following the restaurant's preferred service sequence.
• Ensuring excellent and timely service.
• Making sure your tables pay appropriately and your bank is in balance.
• Beverage service (mainly beer, wine & coffee).
• Various amounts of side work to prepare the dining room for dinner.
