Boots & Kimo's Homestyle Kitchen in Kailua, HI is seeking a friendly server/waiter/waitress to join our 23-person team. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and contribute to a high-energy dining room.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, and capable of multitasking while keeping stations clean and organized. Experience as a server is a plus; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of service to our guest
• Responsible for all preparation, interaction, and steps of service needed to exceed guest expectations in the restaurant
• Taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to tables
• Responsible for the general cleanliness of assigned stations
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, moderately noisy environment containing multiple personality types. It can become crowded and high-pressure
• Cleaning and setting the table
• Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
