Job summary

Tim Ho Wan Las Vegas is seeking a server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food, and keep service areas clean and well-stocked.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong English communication, a friendly and team-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend/holiday availability is required to support peak dining hours.

Qualifications

• Regular availability on weekends, holidays and peak dining hours.
• At least one year of recent server experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in a dim sum or high volume restaurant is a plus.
• Strong English communication to provide excellent guest service.
• Friendly, professional service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with accuracy and courtesy.
• Serve food and condiments; assist guests with questions about menu items.
• Ensure orders are completed promptly and to guests' satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and reset tables for new guests.
• Monitor guest needs and address issues to uphold service standards.
