With the General Manager's support, you will lead a team, ensure brand standards, and create a fun, inviting work environment while developing yourself toward the next level of restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• What you will bring: at least 1 year of experience leading people.
• Ability to lead and grow a team while managing restaurant operations.
• Commitment to procedures and food safety; flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Operate restaurant equipment from headset/grill to registers and computers.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and keep a clean restaurant.
• Travel to your home store and other locations as needed.
