Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and support the General Manager in executing strategic initiatives. You will drive customer service, staff development, and overall profitability while maintaining Wendy’s brand standards.

You'll foster a positive work environment, manage daily activities, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and service guidelines across the team.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across the restaurant.
• Drive customer service, training and development, sales and profit growth, and accountability with the restaurant team.
