The Wendy’s Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive customer service, and support training and development under the General Manager. This role focuses on growth, accountability, and maintaining Wendy’s core values across the team.

You will work to deliver excellent guest experience, manage day-to-day store operations, and participate in leadership development within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading people.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Operate restaurant equipment from headsets and grills to registers and computers.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
