Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food and Allergen Certification required or preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and build rapport.
• Prepare all required items according to recipes and portions.
• Restock kitchen supplies and manage deliveries using FIFO.
• Notify Restaurant Lead of shortages or waste.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and log health data.
• Set up and break down prep station and requisition items as needed.
