Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient flow of orders from waiters to kitchen.
• Prioritize orders and monitor preparation for correct timing.
• Assist in final dish preparation and quality checks.

• Identify and remove obstacles in service, prep lines, or dishwashing.
