Ted Britt Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Quick Lane location. You will assist customers from check-in to delivery, provide cost estimates, and coordinate repairs with technicians in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong vehicle systems knowledge, 2+ years' experience, and proficiency with Reynolds. Excellent communication and organization are essential, along with a professional appearance and valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers.
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
