Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while supporting store operations and brand standards.

The role requires prior retail or merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary and may exceed four hours per day, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Undercover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
