Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while supporting customers with legendary service.

The role requires reliability, ability to work shifts of varying lengths, and strong teamwork to maintain merchandising standards and store appearance. Training and safety guidelines are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
