Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly in a store setting. You will interact with customers and teammates to provide legendary customer service and maintain signage accuracy during shifts.

The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred, with a 4–10 hour shift typical in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and sign accuracy.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
