Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of tasks from planograms to signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary and may exceed 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and basic counting ability is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and store price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage and PDQs.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
