Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish variable tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to provide legendary customer service while supporting additional duties as needed.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework with customers.
