Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly in-store. You will interact with customers and team members to provide legendary service.

The role requires flexibility, a service orientation, and the ability to work with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to resolve issues and complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach.
