Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish merchandising tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, be at least 18, and can read, write and count. The role requires flexibility, reliability and the ability to perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
