Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting fixture assembly and merchandise tasks.

The role requires prior retail experience, basic math/read/write skills, and the ability to work shifts. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, read/write/count abilities required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage, price changes, and displays.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet the customer using GURA guidance.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops.
