Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience through TEAMwork and the company’s core values. This role is part of a family-owned brand with a long history of serving authentic New Mexico cuisine.

You will rotate through positions such as Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly Table, Fry, Grill, Prep, and Housekeeping, learning quickly and working together to serve guests with care and efficiency.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in quick service restaurant is a plus but not required.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Ability to read/write/speak in English (fluency not required).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences for Blake’s Lotaburger guests.
• Learn and perform all crew positions including cashier, drive-thru, fry, grill, prep and housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the restaurant.
• Work as a team to ensure accurate orders and smooth service.
