Blake's Lotaburger is looking for energetic Crew Members to join our family-owned brand in New Mexico. You’ll deliver a kind, team-based guest experience across fast-paced stations, including cashier, drive-thru, fry and grill, while learning multiple roles and advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake's Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be professional with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance must be professional and well-groomed; tattoos and piercings policy applies.
• Able to learn health codes and procedures for handling food and to learn a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a kind and exceptional customer experience for Blake's Lotaburger guests.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean restaurant.
• Work across stations (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping).
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate orders and fast service.
