Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn correct and safe food preparation.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Possess the ability to work with POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Must obtain local food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor.
• Execute food orders timely while handling multiple orders.
• Provide food preparation assistance by washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Maintain and stock inventory; verify receipt of supplies.
