Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; may have current enrollment.
• Ability to learn correct and safe food preparation and sanitation related issues.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily temperature logs, cleaning logs, line check sheets, and food waste sheets.
• Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines and taste/adjust for flavor with chef assistance.
• Execute orders timely while handling multiple orders.
• Stock food and supplies; assist in inventory and receiving.
