Job summary

W3Global is seeking a General Manager for our Gainesville, FL location to drive restaurant performance and lead a dedicated team. You will oversee all operations, including labor, inventory, and budgets, while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of GM or senior ops experience in QSR/fast-casual environments, with proven ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and P&L.
• Strong customer service and staff development.
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain talent.
• Must pass Food Safety certification within 3 months.
• Able to work 40–45 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling and P&L management.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain strong teams across roles.
• Lead younger team members and foster a positive, productive culture.
• Maintain food safety, guest experience, operational standards, and profitability.
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to business needs.
• Be located near Gainesville shop or within commuting distance.
