Efficientapply is seeking a General Manager for our Lady Lake, FL location. The role focuses on leading store operations, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory and food cost management, control labor costs, and drive performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional workplace culture. This is a full-time on-site position with bonuses available.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to empower and motivate team members.
