Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a full-time restaurant leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced Florida setting. You will hire, train, coach, and develop a hands-on team, while maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Expect 45–50 hours per week with competitive compensation of $49,000–$53,000 annually, plus benefits after 60 days and generous PTO. Drive strong guest experiences and contribute to local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
• 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
