MarcJax in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume QSR operation. You will own the P&L, guest experience, and development of a large team, including 40+ crew members and a growing leadership bench.

You will drive speed of service, maintain audit-ready standards, and protect the brand while delivering exceptional guest experiences to fuel growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR.
• Experience managing 40+ crew members.
• Strong ability to interpret P&L data and hit cost targets.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the total success of the restaurant, including guest experience and growth of your people.
• Own the P&L, food costs, labor optimization, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a crew of 40+ and build a bench of shift leads and asst. managers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Address guest feedback proactively to ensure repeat visits.
