Job summary

Landed in Florida seeks a General Manager to run daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff while enforcing policies, safety standards, and quality controls.

Responsibilities include inventory management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and leading teams to meet KPIs and company goals. Flexibility for long hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading restaurant teams.
• Experience achieving KPIs, sales, and profit goals.
• Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures and standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, receiving and storage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Supervise hiring, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory purchasing, receiving, and storage.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Lead staff scheduling, development and customer service quality.
• Communicate with Directors on restaurant status, results and issues.
