You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate staff, manage staffing and inventory, control costs, and push sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast casual.
• Strong background in managing restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
