Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual restaurant. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving financial performance.

You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate staff, manage staffing and inventory, control costs, and push sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast casual.
