Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-volume casual dining concept. You will lead a busy restaurant, while focusing on guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop hourly team members, and optimize labor, inventory, and food quality to drive results. This hands-on role rewards leadership, initiative, and a passion for hospitality.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of P&L statements and restaurant financials.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and lead by example.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop hourly employees.
• Create schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
