Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager in Boston to lead a casual to upscale casual operation. The role requires 2+ years in a leadership position such as AGM, with a passion for service and exceptional dining experiences.

You will mentor staff, manage daily workflows, and safeguard service quality across all guest touchpoints while operating within budget constraints. Growth is anticipated as two new locations open this year.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager or AGM.
• Ability to work all meal periods, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Have a deep commitment to strategic planning
• Strong Attention to detail - the little things matter!
• Have the ability to respond to problems independently
