Job summary

Garage Clothing in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead to help drive store success by delivering a positive, memorable shopping experience for every customer while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising.

You will report to the Store Manager, contribute to inventory management, assist with shipments and replenishment, support eCommerce fulfillment, and lead a small team through fast-paced, customer‑focused hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of team lead experience in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
