Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE brand in Chicago is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering a positive shopping experience, building customer relationships, and upholding brand standards across merchandising and operations.

You will help manage inventory, support shipment processing, floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment while leading a fast-paced team with passion for fashion and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build lasting relationships.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, and store replenishment.
