Garage Clothing in Georgia is seeking a Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and drive store success. You will help with daily operations, inventory management, and visual/merchandising standards while supporting eCom fulfillment and replenishment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of team-lead retail experience, 2 years retail experience, a passion for fashion, and strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
