Job summary

Garage Clothing is seeking a Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience for customers and to contribute to store success. You will assist in day-to-day operations, inventory management, and ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are maintained.

You will help drive sales, maintain high service levels, and support eCommerce fulfillment while leading a small team in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media skills and general tech competence are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience to build long-term customer relationships.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
• Contribute to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing and eCom order fulfillment.
• Play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the store.
