Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer focus.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media savvy; mobile and computer skills are an asset.
• Eligible for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
