Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE brand is seeking a Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience, build lasting customer relationships, and support daily store operations. You will help optimize inventory, assist with shipments and eCommerce orders, and ensure brand standards are met on the sales floor.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of team lead experience, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer focus.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Support day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction while upholding brand presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory through shipments, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
