Job summary

Garage & Dynamite stores are part of Groupe Dynamite Inc. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will help optimize inventory, oversee shipments, and drive sales on both the sales floor and our digital platforms. The role requires 2 years in fashion retail management, a passion for fashion, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to adapt to

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and displays an outgoing personality with exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in responding to changing business needs.
• Promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team to drive sales.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and optimize sales on the floor and online.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards and directives in the store.
• Support day-to-day operations and drive customer satisfaction.
