Job summary

Garage, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver a positive shopping experience on floor and online.

You will help optimize inventory, manage shipments, replenish shelves, and ensure visual standards while fostering teamwork, adapting to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
• Flexibility, innovation and urgency in adapting to changing business needs with proactive ideas
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and leadership to optimize sales results
• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers and lead a high-performing team
• Drive operational efficiency on the sales floor and through digital platforms
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising directions in-store
