Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE brand is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, and delivering a positive shopping experience. You will lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and ensure brand presentation on the sales floor and online.

Ideal candidates have fashion passion, strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in a fashion clothing environment is preferred.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Flexible, innovative and with a sense of urgency to respond to changing business environment.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and provide leadership to optimize sales results.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for customers while leading and inspiring a high performing team.
• Contribute to inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory management through shipment processing, replenishment and eComm order fulfillment.
• Be an integral part of the store's success.
