You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a high-performing team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience for customers in-store and online. The role requires a passion for fashion, strong customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset to maintain brand standards while optimizing inventory and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or management experience in fashion preferred.
• Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate organization, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high performing team.
• Drive sales and provide a positive customer experience on the floor and online.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising according to directives.
