Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for our GARAGE/DYNAMITE store network in the Edison area. You will report to the Store Manager and help lead daily store operations, aiming to deliver a positive shopping experience while guiding a high-performing team to optimize sales, inventory, and curb digital order fulfillment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (post-secondary in business is a plus) and at least two years in fashion retail management.

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.
