Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Demonstrate organizational and decision-making abilities; strong customer service focus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs.
• Ability to promote collaboration and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
