Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for GARAGE/DYNAMITE stores in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a high-performing team, recruit, train and coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional store standards and customer service.

A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. You will maximize profitability by meeting or exceeding productivity targets and building strong customer relationships through energetic leadership and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent
• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• Customer-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Promotes an environment of participation, creativity and learning
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a high performing team to drive sales and store productivity
• Provide recruiting, training and coaching to staff to ensure excellent customer service
