Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales across in-store and digital channels. You will enhance customer experience, manage inventory, and uphold brand and visual standards.

The role requires 2 years of management experience in fashion, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environment with impactful ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations to optimize sales results.
• Lead and inspire a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on sales floor and digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management, including shipments, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment, while maintaining brand standards.
