Job summary

LOFT in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide a small team.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, participate in onboarding, coaching, and ensure store standards, including omnichannel support.

This role requires retail experience, comfort with POS systems, flexible availability, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• As Sales Lead, model excellent customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations and onboarding.
• Provide in-the-m moment feedback and coaching to the team.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold visual/operational standards.
• Use tools to support omnichannel shopping and brand priorities.
