Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Birch Run, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and to support and coach associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will model brand standards, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational excellence, and enable a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system (POS).
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experiences and guide associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist store leadership with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Step in as manager when needed and uphold brand standards.
• Model personalized customer experience behaviors and drive omnichannel shopping.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve interactions.
