Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and guide shoppers through the store, leveraging fashion knowledge to inform choices. You’ll actively sell products, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and help maintain clean, well-presented displays and back-of-house operations.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll stay up-to-date on trends and assist with stock, fitting rooms, and checkout processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.
