Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through our fashion offerings in-store. You will use fashion knowledge to inform shoppers, promote our products, and contribute to a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage customers, promote our Hello Member loyalty app, and participate in initiatives that support sales targets.

Qualifications

• As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store.
• You should be focused on delivering excellent customer service and helping customers find the right products.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or guest service is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and Omni experience where available.
• Willingness to engage with customers and have conversations to deliver outstanding service.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers and support sales targets with store management.
